How Much Does It Cost?
Please check the current prices on our Plans page. All prices exclude S&H. Plan Prices will fluctuate depending on availability and market price. We offer 5 different PLANS and you can cancel any time or upgrade/downgrade plans anytime. Most beer drinkers spend at least $50-$100 per month on the same ole beer, that they can only get in their area. What Will I Get?
Each month you will get a variety of quality craft beers from both Chicago local, Surrounding States and other small breweries around the entire USA. We do our best to send a variety of brands and beer types in each box to ensure that you have the best chance of discovering and trying new beers. We have professional craft beer-ologists who are highly experienced craft beer snobs, craft brewers themselves and other long time experienced craft beer drinkers reviewing each beer that we put in the box to make sure it is good quality.
Can I select my beer type?
No! Each beer is hand-selected by our beer-ologists. We will be introducing other options for this type of selection in the coming months. You can still change your Plan type at any time.
How can I Change my plan type?
Log into your account and from your dashboard you will see a list of all “Active” subscriptions. You will see the “Plan Type” you currently have assigned with a “change” hyperlink to the right. Select the “change” hyperlink and specify the box type you’d like to receive going forward. Be sure you have your plan type specified by the 1st of the month in order for the change to take effect for the next shipment.

How Do I Feature My Beer In A Mystery Beer Cellar Box?
If you have a brewing company locally in Chicago Area or just would like information on how your craft beers could be featured to thousands of our subscribers, craft beer drinkers and more at little to no cost, please contact us via the “feature your product” link in the menu at the bottom of the home page or just send us an email in our contact form.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
If you decide you no longer want to receive a Mystery Beer Cellar Box each month you can easily cancel by logging into your account. From there you will see all your active subscriptions. Select the “Manage This Subscription” option and on the next page you will see a “cancel this subscription” link. Click this link and confirm to cancel your subscription.
*Please note that when you cancel your subscription, you won’t be billed anything further although you will still receive the boxes you’ve paid for in your last order.
I Canceled My Subscription, Why Am I Still Receiving Mystery Beer Cellar Boxes?
All sales are final so you will continue to receive the boxes that you’ve paid for. For example, if you are cancelling a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription before the full term of the subscription has ended, you will still receive all the remaining boxes (1 per month) until the full subscription plan is completed.
Do You Ship to Canada/UK or other countries?
No! It’s illegal for us to ship alcoholic products from the USA to Canada/UK and other countries. However, a location will be setup soon in Canada/UK and other counties for our company. Or if you’re interested in franchising with us in Canada/UK or other countries, please let us know by using the contact form.
How Do I Know It’s Legit?
We understand that some beer drinkers are skeptical of alcohol shipped through mail and subscription “clubs” where you may receive cheap , no good quality beer or other poor quality products in strange colors and sizes. Rest assured, we are NOT one of those clubs! We are life-long beer and spirits drinkers who provide our customers with high quality craft beers from all over the USA; large and small brewing companies alike. Our beer-ologists and other specialists attend beer trade shows, events and other operations to ensure you get the freshest content.
How Does A Gift Subscription Work Versus A Regular Subscription?
There are a couple differences between the regular subscription plans and our gift subscription options. First, our regular subscriptions are recurring meaning they will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term until you cancel your subscription while our gift subscriptions are non-recurring so they do not renew and will automatically expire at the end of the subscription term.
Second, all of gift subscriptions come with a printable gift certificate. We immediately email a printable gift certificate with a unique gift code that needs to be redeemed on our website in order for the subscription to be activated. The shipping address is entered at the time the gift certificate is redeemed. We strongly suggest having the gift recipient redeem the certificate and create their own account. This will allow the gift recipient to register an account online so they can switch between box types, update their shipping information as needed, and view their shipment tracking information or continue their subscription after it has been expired. 🙂

A gift certificate can be redeemed at any time to activate the gift subscription. Simply log on to the website and enter your gift certificate code to start the redemption process and complete your shipping address and registration information to create your account.
What Day Of The Month Do You Charge Me And What Day Of The Month Will My Box Ship?
We process all payments on the day of the order and we deliver all monthly boxes within 10 business days of your order.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Mystery Beer Cellar Box?
Customers in the continental US, please allow up to 10 business days from the time the order ships for delivery. Final delivery will be made by Fedex – Home Delivery. Customers in Canada/UK and other countires, we will get to you soon, we promise. 🙂

How Do I Track My Order?
Active subscribers will receive an email with their tracking number each month when their Mystery Beer Cellar Box ships. If you did not receive this email, you can always login to your account and under the ‘Your Subscriptions’ column on the left side of the page you will see the most recent shipment along with a Fedex tracking number and link so you can track your box.
I Updated My Shipping Address, Why Haven’t I Received My Box?
All address updates must be completed by the last day of the month in order to be applied to that current month’s shipment. If you’ve updated your shipping address on or after the 1st of the month, your box may have been sent to the default shipping address on your account at that time. To track your box, login to your account and under the ‘Your Subscriptions’ column on the left side of the page you will see the most recent shipment along with a USPS tracking number and link so you can track your box.
*Please note that we only have inventory of past boxes for 30 days so if you haven’t received your box you’ll need to contact us within 30 days of that month’s shipment in order to receive a replacement.
I Haven’t Received My Box Yet, Where Is It?
We’re more than happy to help you find your Mystery Beer Cellar Box. We always send tracking information to the email address on your account when your box ships and you can always log into your account to retrieve your tracking information. If you’ve recently moved or changed your address, there is a good chance your box was forwarded by the USPS or returned to us. Please contact our support team by using our contact form and we’ll be happy to help track down you box.
*Please note that we only have inventory of past boxes for 30 days so if you haven’t received your box you’ll need to contact us within 30 days of that month’s shipment in order to receive a replacement. For example, if you’re missing the March box which shipped out on March 10th, you’ll need to contact us by the 10th of the following month (in this example, that would be April 10th) in order to receive a replacement for your March box.
